Week of March 17: Connect Mode, Agentic A/B Testing, and Baggins

George Jefferson·2 min read

Biggest week since launch. Three major features, a new onboarding system, and a rebrand.

Connect Mode

Revnu now has two modes. Launch mode is what existed before: we host your checkout, storefront, and landing page. Connect mode is new: bring your existing SaaS product, connect your Stripe account via API key, and Revnu layers on top.

Connect mode auto-syncs your existing customers from Stripe. The dashboard adapts: features that don't apply are hidden, settings surface the right options. If you already have a product with paying customers, you no longer need to rebuild anything to use Revnu's growth tools.

Agentic A/B Testing

A/B tests now run themselves. Create a test, and the AI agent takes over: it generates variants, allocates traffic using Thompson sampling, monitors statistical significance, and picks winners.

It learns from every test. Each cycle feeds back into a knowledge base of what works for your audience. The system gets better at writing copy and designing layouts the more you use it.

Available to all paid plans. Trigger a test from the dashboard or through the MCP server.

Baggins

Built-in AI assistant with 16 tools. Ask it about your revenue, check on payment failures, look up license keys, search your docs, get setup warnings. It has read access to your store data and answers questions about it.

Opens with a proactive pulse: today's revenue, any payment failures, and setup issues that need attention. Answers include deep links that navigate you straight to the relevant dashboard page.

New Onboarding

The onboarding flow was rewritten from scratch. You pick launch mode or connect mode, connect GitHub, and the system analyzes your repository. It produces a report on your product before you configure anything, so setup recommendations are based on what you're actually building.

For connect-mode users, this includes an AI research phase that studies your company and product to pre-fill configuration.

Rebrand

New positioning: "AI that sells your software for you." Updated across the landing page and marketing.
