Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revnu ("the Platform"), operated by IT5 Inc, a corporation incorporated in Delaware, United States, trading as Revnu. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Revnu is an AI-powered growth platform for software businesses. Founders and startup teams ("Creators") connect their existing application via a GitHub repository, and autonomous AI agents handle growth, optimization, and distribution on their behalf. The Platform provides:

  • AI Growth Agents — autonomous agents that operate continuously to grow your business, including:
    • SEO content generation and programmatic article publishing
    • A/B testing of landing pages, headlines, pricing, and calls to action
    • Advertising campaign creation, management, and optimization across third-party platforms (including LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, and others as integrated)
    • Outreach to press, journalists, and growth partners
    • Competitor monitoring and positioning intelligence
    • Conversion optimization across funnels, checkout, and onboarding
    • Retention campaigns and churned-user win-back
  • GitHub Integration — AI agents open pull requests against your repository to implement optimizations; you review and merge
  • Analytics and Reporting — real-time performance dashboards, agent activity logs, and growth metrics

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform as a Creator.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, connected service tokens (GitHub, advertising platforms), and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3. Creator Obligations

3.1 GitHub Repository Access

By connecting a GitHub repository, you:

  • Grant Revnu permission to read repository contents, open pull requests, and create branches as necessary to deliver growth optimizations
  • Retain full control — all agent-proposed changes require your review and approval via standard GitHub pull request workflows
  • Are responsible for reviewing and merging (or rejecting) any changes proposed by AI agents
  • Must have proper authorization to grant repository access

3.2 Third-Party Advertising Platforms

When using advertising integrations (such as LinkedIn, Reddit, or Meta), Creators:

  • Must have proper authorization to manage the connected advertising accounts
  • Are responsible for compliance with each advertising platform's terms of service and advertising policies
  • Authorize Revnu's AI agents to create, manage, optimize, and pause campaigns on their behalf
  • Authorize Revnu to access and process advertising data for campaign management, reporting, and optimization
  • May disconnect any advertising platform at any time via dashboard settings
  • Acknowledge that advertising data is subject to the data storage and deletion requirements of the respective platform
  • Are responsible for ensuring adequate funding in connected ad accounts

3.3 Content Standards

Creators may not use the Platform to promote or distribute:

  • Illegal products or services
  • Malware or harmful software
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Products promoting violence, hate, or discrimination
  • Deceptive or misleading content

AI-generated content (including SEO articles and ad creative) is published on the Creator's behalf. Creators are ultimately responsible for all content published through their connected accounts.

3.4 AI Agent Conduct

Creators acknowledge that AI agents operate autonomously within the parameters configured by the Creator. While agents act in good faith to optimize growth, Creators are responsible for:

  • Monitoring agent activity via the dashboard
  • Configuring appropriate budgets and limits for advertising agents
  • Reviewing and approving code changes before merging

4. Platform Fees

4.1 Subscription Fees

The Platform operates on a subscription basis. Pricing plans and features are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Third-Party Fees

Additional fees may apply from third-party services, including:

  • Advertising spend (charged directly by the advertising platform)

Revnu does not mark up third-party advertising spend. Ad budgets are spent directly through the Creator's connected advertising accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform IP

The Platform, including its design, code, AI models, agent logic, and branding, is owned by IT5 Inc. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without permission.

5.2 Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of their products, code, and original content. By using the Platform, Creators grant IT5 Inc a license to access, display, and modify their content as necessary to provide the service (including AI-generated variations for A/B testing and SEO).

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Revnu's AI agents (SEO articles, ad creative, landing page variants, etc.) is created on behalf of the Creator. Creators own the AI-generated content published through their accounts.

5.4 Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions provided to IT5 Inc may be used without obligation or compensation.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including data accessed through connected third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7.2 AI Agent Performance

AI agents operate autonomously to optimize growth metrics. We do not guarantee specific results, conversion rates, revenue increases, or search rankings. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7.3 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services (GitHub, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policy changes of these services. Your use of third-party platforms through Revnu is subject to those platforms' own terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or advertising spend
  • We are not liable for actions taken by AI agents within the scope of their configured parameters

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IT5 Inc (trading as Revnu), its subsidiaries, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights or platform policies
  • Content published through your account (including AI-generated content)

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, AI agents will cease operating.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or third-party services.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • AI agents will stop all activity (content publishing, ad campaigns, A/B tests, outreach)
  • Active advertising campaigns will be paused
  • Your right to use the Platform ceases
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware, United States.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@revnu.app to attempt informal resolution. We will respond within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
